All-day under canvas outdoor dining
Fresh from the surf to your plate. Enjoy seasonal, locally sourced dishes, from line-caught fish and summer veg to grilled meats and garden salads grown on site.
Our signature ‘Lobster & Rosé’ is a favourite - that's lobster, rosemary salt chips, and a chilled glass of Sugrue South Downs Rosé. But there’s plenty more to choose from, and the menu changes seasonally.

Seriously fresh seafood & a lot more
In the early hours of the morning, Johnny Murt - aka the local fisherman legend here in Padstow and the man behind the lobster we dish up at The Lobster Shed - heads out from Padstow Harbour into Cornish waters to haul in the freshest catch. No shortcuts, no middlemen. Just honest fishing that keeps our plates full and flavour bang on.

No fuss...just good food, good wine, and sea air.
At the Lobster Shed, it’s all about slow afternoons and golden hour dinners. Just throw on your flip-flops (we like to keep it casual), grab a friend or six, and come and soak up the atmosphere.
Whether you're fresh off a day at the beach or making a stop along the coast path, this is relaxed, authentic outdoor dining, Cornwall-style.

What's on the menu?
Of course, lobster is on the menu, but there's a whole load more besides!
It’s all about the wood-oven and local charcoal fired grill, so expect wood roasted fresh lobster, chargrilled steak, BBQ veggies as well as pickled salads, fresh crab with sourdough and Old School Ice Cream Sundaes to finish with.
Cornish beers and cider, fizz and plenty of rosé – perfect to just drink in the views.
